This policy describes cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms for bookings facilitated through the TKV EVENTS Platform.
Cancellation Policy
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the registered email address or designated Platform channels.
Refund eligibility shall depend upon:
- Vendor cancellation terms;
- Time remaining before the event;
- Services already procured or rendered;
- Non-recoverable operational costs.
Indicative refund schedule:

2. Non-Refundable Amounts
The following amounts may remain non-refundable:
- Platform convenience fees;
- Taxes already remitted;
- Vendor advances;
- Customized or procured materials;
- Government fees and permit charges.
3. Vendor-Initiated Cancellation
In the event of Vendor cancellation:
- The Company may attempt to arrange substitute Vendors;
- If replacement is unavailable, refunds may be processed only to the extent amounts are recoverable from Vendors.
The Company shall not be liable for consequential or indirect losses arising from such cancellations.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds shall ordinarily be processed within 7–15 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
Rescheduling Policy
1. Rescheduling Requests
Rescheduling requests shall be subject to:
- Vendor approval and availability;
- Operational feasibility;
- Applicable rescheduling charges.
2. Charges
Additional charges may apply due to:
- Revised vendor pricing;
- Date change fees;
- Peak season pricing differentials;
- Additional logistics or procurement costs.
3. Notice Period

4. Force Majeure Events
In circumstances involving government restrictions, pandemics, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, the Company may, subject to Vendor policies:
- Issue credit notes;
- Facilitate alternate scheduling;
- Process partial refunds where feasible.
